UNV-UNDP Youth Programme conducts Summer School of Democracy with the financial support of UN Development Programme in Kyrgyz Republic, experts services provided by «SBDC consult» and in partnership with youth organizations of Central Asia, for young leaders from all regions of Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan).

Summer School of Democracy was organised with assistance of the Committee on youth, gender policy, physical culture and

sport of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, consisted of two seminars, the first took place in 2007. 

The main purpose of Summer School of Democracy is to promote the idea of democracy and support the growth of young leaders

in Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia through the involvement into process of management and development of the country.
