"Wider Europe: Aid for Trade for Central Asia, South Caucasus and Western CIS" is being implemented in three countries of Central Asia: Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. The project is aims at strengthening the countries' economic growth by promoting trade and competitiveness of small and medium businesses. The project provides for a series of measures, including training and workshops, small grants programme to help increase capacity of existing businesses, strengthen interaction between government officials and entrepreneurs through educational seminars, as well as to develop a model for the development of regional trade relations.
