RAS provide consultancy services to the agrarian community in the spheres of agronomy, cattle-breeding, marketing and formation of groups to establish cooperatives and to help these groups gain access to loans. RAS is one of the components of Kyrgyz-Swiss Agrarian Programme, funded by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
