This guideline was developed by a group of authors within a joint HIV/AIDS project of Adilet Publication Fund and UNDP Kyrgyzstan.  The guideline is aimed as a help for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV) and will assisst them in obtaining minimum of necessary knowledge of laws and skills to protect rights in the process of receiving social and legal benefits.  Reading this guideline should help citinzens, PLHIV in particular, in implementing and protecting their rights in the sphere of social protection.
